Sea of red ESPhome never shows online Just updated again

Removing and reinstalling the device does not work.

What can I do?

Set the addon to use ping instead of mdns for on/offline status.

So I’m back to a sea of red again. Randomly 90% show offline but still function through ha.

Anyone know what may have changed? I’m up to date. 2022.9.4 and v2022.8.3 ping is turned on.

Don’t care if they show red. But do care I can’t add code to them while showing offline.

Again they function through ha running fine.
