Sea Temp Scraper not working

Ive tried everything but im a little lost. Im trying to scrape the sea temp from this webpage

But i cant seem to get the correct *select value to return the data. I have tried the user guide but im getting a bit lost. Can anyone help or point me in the correct direction.
