Searching for a Smart water meter

I’ve been looking around for a smart water meter and wondering if anyone has done anything similar to what I need.

I’m looking for a meter to install right after my utility meter. The water line is 1-1/4" and the idea is to detect leaks not just inside the home, but also damages in the pipe that feeds it.

Any help would be appreciated
