So in similar manner that we already can define upper limit for sections shown side by side I feel there is need for minimum also.
This is my reasoning.
Sections provide good control to order cards in relation to each others.
How ever on phone it refuses to fit 2 sections side by side.
Cards that I have on each section fit side by side nicely on phone screen (done this previously with vertical/horizontal cards).
Because only one sections is shown most of screen real estate is wasted.
Having these cards on same section wont provide same control for card layout.
I know dynamic layout of cards is part of point for sections.
But for home usability I feel there are cases when absolute location of cards can be more valuable.
And sure for end user perspective my current vertical/horizontal cards method works. But its pain to update and replacing this with sections would ease maintenance alot.
