I am not sure I understand what you want to do, but you can specify the port for the web interface as described here: HTTP - Home Assistant

You can also setup different customized interface with HADashboard:

I want to make HASS control 2 different houses in one server.
So, if possible, I can make ex. hass.com:8123 for house 1 and hass.com:8124 for house 2.
So user from each house can only control their house, and it just require one server only to handle two HASS system.
This is probably my thought to resolve tab password that still in requesting feature.
Is that possible?

You can run multiple instances of Home Assistant on a system. The quickest solution to separate the instances would be to delegate the authentication to a proxy. As a starting point take a look at the Apache Configuration cookbook sample.
