Is there a way to make an input boolean turn itself off after a certain time? Sort of like the switches that ESPHome makes, so that I can use it like a button in my automations, but I can control it with Alexa.

Automations and scripts are the only way you can toggle an input_boolean other than toggling it manually
That said, it’s not a complicated automation.
