Send sensor output in a notification when NFC is scanned (automation)

Hi,

I am using a trash collection service that tells me (and notifies me) when and what garbage type is being collected. See image below:

My goal: I want to stick an NFC tag to a container itself and when scanned with my phone have it send a notification to my phone at what date the particular garbage is collected.

How do I do this, since yaml code is not allowed/supported in automations?

Turns out this is way easier to use in IOS Shortcuts.
No need to always ‘allow’ HA access to the shortcut.
