Sending a windows notifcation to PC

Im trying to figure out a way to invoke a notification on a windows pc. I was hoping not to have to login to home assistant to do this on this pc. I thought of maybe using a PS command or something to utilize the build in windows banner notification. Has anyone does something like this before?
