Sengled Home app

Can anyone assist me with the Sengled Home app? I have had Sengled wifi bulbs and light strips for some time now, connected and controlled by my Google Home. They have worked great until a few weeks ago they went off line. I factory reset the bulbs to set them up as new again however when I attempt to sign in to the Sengled Home app it throws an error “Operation has failed” I get this same error when attempting to sign up hoping I could just create a new account. Any option chosen throws this same error. It seems these bulbs can not be used or controlled by any other app until set up with the Sengled Home app. Is there a work around? I have been trying to contact Sengled all this time with no response, emails go un answers, none of the numbers I have found for them actual go to Sengled. Any help getting these bulbs set back up would be so greatly appreciated. I am trying to avoid replacing all of these bulbs :flushed:

Do the WiFi bulbs referenced have ZigBee as well?
