Sensi 2 Thermostat via SmartThings Lacking Modes

After updating to 2025.3.4 and getting the prompt to authenticate my SmartThings integration again with that newly updated process, I realized I don’t have some modes on my thermostat. Honestly, I don’t know what options were all there before because I generally just use Google Home or Alexa to control it from my Home Assistant setup. Google Home and Alexa are not setup for SmartThings nor Sensi directly. Only realized something was missing when Alexa couldn’t turn the thermostat OFF. Found the mode is missing:

Then found that the mode is in place within SmartThings, along with Emergency Heat which I didn’t realize was also gone.

So, I’m just trying to determine if this is an issue on the Home Assistant side or on the SmartThings side? Happy to file a bug, but not sure who gets it in this case. Any help is appreciated.

Just for background, I linked Sensi to SmartThings because version 2 of the thermostat doesn’t link to Homekit and I was already using the integration for my washer and dryer.

Just to follow up, from my reading on GitHub this appears to be an issue coming from SmartThings.

I’ve submitted a support ticket through SmartThings to see if they can do anything about it. I doubt they respond.

Another note on this. SmartThings support reached out and said they will offer zero support on this and it’s a Home Assistant problem to address.
I somehow don’t believe that. Looks like I’ll be looking into the HACS version to see if it works better.
