Sensibo Integration Question

Hi,
I have a Daikin HVAC split system that is being controlled by a Sensibo AIR. My question is about the system details passed to HA via the integration. The Daikin has vertical and horizontal swing modes, with multiple stop positions. It also has a presence sensor incorporated.

The integration shows only horizontal swing with two options, stopped (auto) and full range. It does not support vertical swing. It does not support the presence sensor.

Am I missing something when I set up the Sensibo AIR, or is it the integration to HA that has not incorporated these features for my Daikin HVAC (Model: FTXS71LVMA.)

If you use faikin, it does support all swing option.
I’m not sure about the built in presence sensor though.

Thanks. Not sure if Daikin AC integration works with the equipment here. Unable to connect to the HVAC and the Sensibo Air fails to connect using Dakin AC Integration

You’ll need daikin wifi dongle to use the daikin ac integration
Yours have S21 port, optionally you can just connect esp32 flashed with faikin for local control

Thanks again. Dongle found as: DAIKIN BRP15B61 WiFi Controller Wireless Aircon Adaptor Module. AU$245. Don’t know if I need it that much.

You can get a faikin pcb or just diy with Esp32 + mini560

Definitely not as expensive as the official daikin adapter
