Mopeka makes a similar sensor that integrates with HA via BT.
I have a couple and have found them to work well.
sounds good, but unfortunately my propane tank is not metallic, but in fiberglass…
Don’t see why it wouldn’t still work, but obviously the magnet wouldn’t work so you’d have to attach it differently. I also have the ‘universal’ version on a plastic water tank.
For anyone who is interested in using the Senso4s gas bottle gauge with home assistant, I’ve written an integration which supports it. I tried the mopeka sensor, but I couldn’t fix it under my fiberglass tank (calypso antargaz), there was not enough space under the foot.
