Sensor device for lot of object and off them when business closed

Hi,

I’m in France in small company, with 3-phase Electricity (triphasé) (230 V + neutral)

I must measure a lot of object :

  • 2 phase Prosche car charging
  • 1 phase Generic car charging
  • 3 phases heater/Fresh
  • 3 phases heater/Fresh
  • 5 (1 phase) for some heating (WC, kitchen …)
  • 5 (1 phase) for light
    … all those device are spltted into 3 differents switchboard

Additionnaly, I must be able to On/Off some line (when alarm is ‘on’ with electrical relay) so i need switches for :

  • 2 phase Prosche car charging
  • 1 phase Generic car charging
  • 5 (1 phase) for some heating (WC, kitchen …)
  • 5 (1 phase) for light
    … all those device are spltted into 3 differents switchboard

For you, what are actually the easyest and robust mesurement sensor and switch for this ?

I will set up a HA on microPC, and can add any good protocol
