I have been using HomeSeer for the past few years. It is a painful solution, but it works - or it did up until a few months ago when it started crapping out. I have decided to test out some of the other options like Home Assistant and openHAB. I have a Raspberry Pi 4 using and installed using the image.
Kudos that the installation just worked. I am now trying to add my first sensor - a ZOOZ Z-Wave Plus 4-in-1 Sensor ZSE40 VER. 2.0 (motion / light / temperature / humidity). It was very confusing when adding a node. It took a while realize it was added, there really is no feedback.
How do I debug this? Why is it stuck in Initializing? Are there logs that I am missing in the UI or do I need to drop down to the system and start futzing around there?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. I was hoping this would just work without having to SSH into the device.
