I have recently updated Node-Red in HA.
After that I noticed that the sensor nodes have disappeared, among other things.
What is the reason for this? What do I have to do now?
Is there anything to read?

A lot of things have changed recently, with several breaking changes, and you may have to be much more specific on what you have updated (just Node-RED? Addon or independent? From what version to what version?)
and just what versions you have for the HA WebSocket Nodes and the Node-RED companion, and have you updated them also, from what to what?
The short answer is ‘go back to where you were before you updated’ and then very carefully read all the posts.
