Sensors with history but not possible to add on Statistic Graph

Hello everyone.

Have added a new mqtt endpoint on my HA env, with some sensors integrated, and while I was trying to add these on Graphs, noticed that these weren’t listed there (only one related with connection value that I have activated manually):

These are the sensors that have values and can check their history already, but for the first time, have noticed that these werent being listed on Graphs:

Anyone knows how can I add these on Graphs?

Tried to add sensors IDs on graph data source fields but nothing was shown on graph side. Have restarted the whole HA and no changes as well.

Note: have check on documentation (Recorder - Home Assistant) but it seems too custom to setup for this case so I think that there must be an easier way.
