Service switch.turn_o[n|ff] unknown after 2023.06.4 update

Hi there…
since I updated to 2023.06.4, I have this kind of errors in my logs

V 25 webcam backhome: Error executing script. Service not found for call_service at pos 1: Unable to find service switch.turn_off

If I try to edit the automation, I can’t see switch.turn_on and turn_off services and the same from developers tools, I can’t call those services… any hint?

strange enough, I had to restart HA 2 times before both services are available again.
