Set brightness level on TCL tv running Android 12

Hey, depending on the time of day I turn the tv on, I’d like the screen brightness (backlight) to be a certain value. Nearly everything I read is for Android phones but nothing to control tv - and to further complicate things, TCL potentially has it’s own unique settings commands?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have dug up also the internet but has no clue how could I do this. So I have also appreciate any idea.
