Set covers sensors to query only

I was wondering if I could set my sensors to ‘read-only’ or queryOnlyOpenClose as google calls it: Cloud-to-cloud  |  Google Home

I am using this template (Google Assistant Door and Window Status) to show my window sensors as covers but I can click them when I expose these to Google and this is weird because they should just show them as read-only.

You would think just exposing the binary sensors to Google would show them as sensors in Google Home, but they show up as switches which actually change state when clicked no matter what the state of the sensor is.

If it’s a cover it at least checks what the real state is and reverts this if differs from set state.
