Set of Zigbee devices mysteriously stopped working after power cut

Recently, I experienced a power cut. When power returned, many of my Zigbee devices stopped working, appearing as “Unavailable” in HA. The affected devices are of few types (SNZB-04, Aqara leak sensor, Aqara Temp+Humidity). I still have devices of each of these types that are working perfectly, and I also have an example where I have 4 SNZB-04s in close proximity, with only 1 working. I’ve had no success getting them to work by attempting to wake, re-pair, power-cycling, or by removing the devices from HA. They simply are not found by ZHA. Additionally, some of the affected devices were simultaneously paired with Amazon Echo, and here too they are now unavailable.

The devices had previously been working flawlessly for years, and I’ve replaced batteries as needed. Could anyone give me some pointers for diagnosing this issue?

My setup:
I have ~15 Zigbee devices paired with HA (2024.10.4) via a Sonoff dongle (CC2652P, Z-Stack 20210708). Some of these devices are also paired with Amazon Echo. One of my devices also acts as a repeater (Tuya Zigbee mmWave presence detector [working]). Separately, I have a large (3 hub) Hue installation, and 3 UniFi APs.

I have the same issue today, Home Assistant running on Synology docker, and DSM updated to 7.2.2. Now dongle is no more visible
