Hi everyone,
I need some advise on how I should go about setup HA on a 6 unit building that is under construction. My end goal is to live in one of the bedrooms with as much automation that’s reasonable possible while Airbnbing the 5 remaining units.
Currently I have HA running on a NUC just for security, light controls and gate entry but now it’s time to get serious. As things stand now, with the building in a rual area on a few acres with all interior walls open, full attic and basment access along with most interior walls open, I basicly have an open canvas.
Currently I have HA using esp32’s, optocoupler relays and Frigate on the cameras… all of this is just scattered around bread-board style, on a peice of plywood (yep it’s a mess 
So am I headed down the wrong rabbit hole? Any ideas or suggestions?
