Hello,

I just set up the nabu-casa trial. I can gain access via their web interface but I cont seem able to access it via the iOS app.

I have been using Tailscale for remote access until now.

I’m remote at the moment, can I set up the iOS app to access via their cloud or must I be on the home network first?

Doi Ned to put something in external url?

You should be able to set it up while remote.

In Settings → Companiaon App click on your server at the top of the page. Scroll down to External URL and enter your nabu casa remote URL there.

You could try turning on the cloud switch but I’ve never had any luck doing it that way.

Thanks Tom, that’s got it working. I did try the cloud switch but not sure if that worked or not.
