I normally add devices to Tuya Local using their IP addresses, which works fine but I noticed you can also add the device using their network hostname.
When I try to do this the integration won’t let me add or update the device.
I can add hostnames to any devices via my router and network scanners are correctly displaying the hostnames I have assigned to those Tuya devices, but I can let seem to get home assistant/Tuya Local integration to accept the hostnames.
Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
