Setup new Blue box

Hi there! I’m a newbee, just got a new blue box.
The box is starting up, but shows the screen “preparing home assistant” since ages.
Any suggestion what I can do to proceed here?

Please see below the log: any suggestion to the ERROR message?

I have the same issue. Any idea? I am desperate.
