Several HA installations, https calls from inside the app

Hi,

Installed Companion app to my Samsung S21 Ultra android mobile and can access my HA installation OK thru DuckDNS+Let’s Encrypt + NGINX HA SSL Proxy.

There seem not to be much settings for Companion app once installed. Few questions:

• Possibility to connect to more that one devices using HA?
• With web page card I can see other sites showing up in HA dashboard when using their https -address. However, when trying to link my other device running HA via it’s DuckDNS -address, and trying to access it with companion app, I get only HA icon in the middle of my Android screen and underneath the spinner with text “loading data” It does not progress from that.

What gives? With web browsers I get the page OK, even from mobile

Settings > Companion App shows all the settings for the app itself

Yes just install the app on other devices and login

sounds like this might be a mixed content issue? The app is more than just a browser it also uses HA API’s so make sure those are not being blocked by NGINX otherwise things will not function correctly.
