Share files with Deconz add-on

Hi there,
I have Home Assistant running on a NUC with Proxmox.
Deconz is also installed as an addon and accessible with VNC.

My problem is that I want to share a file (to update a ZigBee device) with Deconz, but I don’t know how to do it.
In VNC I have only access to the DeConz GUI.
