Shelly 1 PM keeps going unavailable

I have two Shelly 1 PM devices that are integrated with Home Assistant. I’ve found that over the course of a few hours, both of them will become available. When that happens I’m able to still see them and operate them fully though the Shelly app. I can reboot them through the app and then they’re available again in Home Assistant. I also have a shelly uni, but that doesn’t have the same issue. Any suggestions?

Do you have CoIoT peer setup, or if it is a second gen device Enable Outbound WebSocket

Those are both described in the docs.

It’s 2nd gen so I am able to enable outbound websocket in the Shelly App. I got that configured so I’ll see if it’s still connected in the morning!

The websocket status says connected, but I still lost connectivity with the Shelly in HA.
