If the IP address of the shelly device ever changes do these steps have to be repeated?

If you’re not using VLANs, HA Discovery will update the device IP and reload config entry.

My plan is to move Shelly devices to a dedicated Iot vlan where they can only reach ha and the cloud. So would they have to be manually removed and added back?
