For anyone else who sees this thread. “Complete reinstallation” probably meant factory resetting the Shelly. As I did this and successfully got it connected to HA after doing so.
Same issue with me,but factory reset did not fix the issue, tried a few factory resets, the re add to shelly app and it finds the device and works perfecty in there but will not be found by HA. Im at a loss too
