Shelly don't work after update

I updated the Home Assistant and my shellys don’t work anymore. Can someone help me?
I removed all from the configuration.yaml and also the custom_component folder from shelly.

The config entry configuration.yaml probably comes from a custom integration, please remove it if you want to use core Shelly integration

And the error message does tell you how to fix it doesn’t it?

I deleted all shelly entries within the configuration.yaml but this didn’t help. Or do I have to delete the complete file? There are other entries which I need…

Ok, in the end I setup the HA completely new and it works again.
