New to HA and trying to get the finer detail consistent. I have loaded 7 shelly door sensors. 4 register with four entities and three register with no entities.
How do I get the three with no entities to register. I cannot find any difference in the shelly settings.
Does anyone have experience with this and could offer some insight?

First make sure your firmware is up to date. Version 2024.1 of HA mentions a minimum required version in the changelog, if you’re using the built-in Shelly integration.
The trick was just to make the door discoverable. Simple done by taking the sensor off the door, shake out the batteries and then put back in. Then it stays awake for a few minutes to chnage the shelly interface settings, delete the device in HA and add it back in. Then the four events turn up. Solved
