Integration now uses Fahrenheit when communicating with a device if HA uses Fahrenheit. This causes the values to be converted unnecessarily a second time.
With this change, the integration will always use Celsius in communicating with the device, and the conversion to Fahrenheit will be performed by the base classes depending on the user's settings.

to the shelly integration may have missed changing some HA temp-conversion code, so HA is now displaying the temperatures incorrectly.

Further info: Deleting and re-adding the sensors to HA corrects them temporarily, but after a few hours they revert to showing the incorrect temperatures.
