Shelly Plus 1 becoming 'unavailable'

I’m building up my HA system with some new devices and have installed a number of Shelly Plus 1’s. And I have had quite a lot of problems with them becoming ‘unavailable’. Putting them onto a dedicated IoT WiFi network has helped, as had giving them dedicated IP addresses set from the device interface, as has disabling the WiFi access point capability of the devices. However I still have one (out of seven) which stubbornly still goes ‘unavailable’ a couple of times a day. Here’s a screenshot.

We run a Mesh WiFi system and the device shows good WiFi signal.

In practice the fact that it is temorarily unavailable for short periods of time isn’t too much of an issue as it comes back in the state it was in before it went unavailable but I’d like to get to the bottom of things if I can. If anyone has any suggestions I’d love to hear them - thanks.

I’m running HA 13.2 and the Shelly device in question is on Firmware 20241011-114452/1.4.4-g6d2a586 (as are all the other Plus 1’s on the system).
