Ciao, seems I’ve same problem here, Shelly plus 1PM power is not refreshing both on cloud and Home Assistant: it is refreshing only if there is a “big enough” change of power. If the power change is in the range of few W (like 10 W) the data is not refreshed.
If I go into IP local address and refresh manually the browser I can see the actual value refreshing and changing at each refresh i press. But only on IP local address. So I’ve the feeling that Shelly data are pulled from cloud and not from LAN
