I’m running HA 2023.9.3 with all the latest updates but this unit will not show up in my device list. I have several other shelly devices that works just fine, including a Pro 4PM, which is the device this unit is the closest to.
I have double and triple checked settings for MQTT to no avail… it will not show up in HA…

I have kind of the same integration problem with the same device. HA finds it easily but can’t integrate it.
Any advice to config the websocket according to the shelly documentation has no effect.

I have the same problem, My Pro3 generates a “Failed setup, will retry: None”. Anyone got a clue on what’s going on? I can access the UI just fine.
edit: The device came with firmware 1.0beta or some such, updated to 1.3.3 and it just automagically jumped up in HA. Case closed
