Shelly update device names and entities

Hi, i changed the names of the shelly devices in the shelly app. Is there a way for home assistant to fetch the new names? or the only way is to delete the old devices, totally remove the integration and readd it?

You can manually change the names in HA to whatever you like.
No need to delete the integration.
