Shorten “last updated time”

In the heading card I have badges with entities I want to monitor when they were last changed.

Is there a way to abbreviate how it looks so that the last changed details take up lesss space on the screen? E.g. could it say “25 secs” instead of “25 seconds ago”, “10 mins” instead of “10 minutes ago”, “5 d” instead of “5 days ago” etc.

It would be possible if the Heading card supports jinja templates. But it does not.
