Show pictures in hadashboard based on value

I have this sensor
sensor.forecast_0
with this (changing) state (max temp, min temp, humidity):
16°/6°/0%

and these attributes

}

WOuld it be possible to have a box in hadashboard with the above (changing) values and picture?

yup, everything is possible if you create a custom widget.

you know where you can find all existing widgets (or at least you should know, because i gave you the link to the docs at least twice)
there is a darksky weather widget.
but it has more then you ask for. there is also a custom widget on the forum, but its also more then you asked for.
