please provide an easy way to do the shutdown

i used twice the button in shutdown the host and i was never able to reboot it :frowning:

Then you have a different problem with your system than what you are asking for :man_shrugging:

Seems the shutdown worked but there was an issue when you booted?

This isn’t a feature request, but if you tell us what’s in your logs then we can probably fix it. My first guess is that you changed something in your configuration that is invalid, so when you shutdown your machine the next time it was booted it couldn’t start.

i did not change my configuration… everything was running perfectly… i also did a snapshot today… so sorry it is the the config

i am doing a full format and restore now with my image

Could you tell how you shutdown your RaspberryPi with the Home Assistant?

It’s the same way you were told how to do it in the other thread you created. That method applies no matter what hardware you are running
