I set up home assistant and went to the app when I went to create a new account I entered in a user and password and my phone died now it keeps saying welcome home and I have no way of signing up there is no known users on home assistant and was wanting some help thanks

Did you already try to connect to your HA from another device by using a browser and going to http://homeassistant.local:8123 or http://‘IP address of HA’:8123 ?
Yes I did but it’s not letting me sign up it’s saying sign in but I don’t have an account nor a way to create one
Since you haven’t done anything with it yet, I think starting over with a fresh install can be the easiest to do.
