I’m asking out of curiosity as this has no effect on ZHA operation and doesn’t interfere with anything. I’ve noticed that when I look at the Zigbee device list, my SkyConnect is listed as Silicon Labs EZSP one time and another time differently; for example, it’s displayed under the name Zigbee Coordinator or SkyConnect v.1.0. Why is this happening?
I have asked myself too.
Probably a bug so suggest report to → Issues · home-assistant/core · GitHub
Believe I read someone reporting seeing something similar before after they had migrated from one adapter to another adapter and the old adapter still being listed as well → https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/zha#to-migrate-to-a-new-zigbee-coordinator-radio-inside-zha
Did you maybe migrate from a other/older EZSP based adapter to the SkyConnect?
If so then some might also get the same issue if migrate between other radio type adapters as well.
I did. I guess you’re right.
Again, probably a bug in the ZHA integration, suggest report to → Issues · home-assistant/core · GitHub
That way it the root cause can be found so that it can then hopefully fixed for everyone ![]()
Not sure diagnostic logs from ZHA is enough, it probably is, but might be asked to enable debug logging to provide debug logs, see → https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/zha#reporting-issues
- Both the Zigbee Device Signature and the Diagnostics information can be found under Settings > Devices & Services. Select the Zigbee Home Automation integration. Then, select Configure > Devices (pick your device). Select Zigbee Device Signature and Download Diagnostics, respectively.
When reporting issues also refer to → Reporting issues - Home Assistant
Thanks. I will report.
