Similar to Sonoff with 12v output

Hi
I am looking for a device similar to the Sonoff Basic that can take 220v in and 12v out .
I want to connect the device to a string of 12v white leds.
Any advice what which esp8266 can do this with wifi connection.

Thanks

You won’t get 12V from esp, will you?
So one of possible solutions is to have a 12V PSU connected to a relay of Sonoff/ESP/whatever… and when the relay is on, you’ll get your 12V

sonoff SV?

yeap sonoff SV , upto 24v … great little device

Sonoff SV is NOT 220v in!!

So can take normal 220v AC and give out 12v DC ?

NO it cannot

Thanks appreciate it

I had bad experience with SW, it just died suddenly.
I never tried another SW but I didn’t like it.

So basically a 12V plug pack connected to a Sonoff SV? That’s what I use for all my 12V DC led lighting.

For 12V AC PSUs you will need a seperate plug pack (say 9V DC) and some jumper work. That is how all my converted from halogen garden lights work.

You are unlikely to find a 12V transformer with WIFI control unless you get one of the many that come with LED strings included.

AFAIK the relay can switch any voltage you want up to its limit (I guess the limit is 220 v). No relation to the 220 volts that powers the board in it.
