Simple AND circuit

This blueprint is a simple AND circuit with a target device e.g. a lamp and 2 binary sensors. When both binary sensors are on, the device is switched on. When one or both sensors are off, the device is switched off.

I use this Blueprint for my desk lamp: Switch on the desk lamp when my computer is connected to the LAN cable and it is dark (light sensor) and switch it off when one of the conditions is not met.
These were previously 2 quite complex automations where the sensors were both triggers and conditions, as a blueprint it is much nicer.
