Simple Clock Card - Does Not Exist - Only On Some Devices But Not All

Hello!

I am trying to figure out why the Simple Clock Card shows the following error on some devices but not all of my devices.

“Custom element doesn’t exist: simple-clock-card”

To elaborate, I have Amazon’s 8" Fire Tablets throughout the apartment. My 10" Fire Tablet will show the clock card, as will my PC desktop and my PC Tablet, yet on one of my 8" Fire Tablets it often shows this error.

There’s no way to refresh it when using the app. I try to change dashboards, or go into Devices section of Settings and sometimes it will update/refresh it, other times it won’t. The integration is installed because it’s working on my other devices.

Any idea why this could be happening only on some devices and not others?

Perhaps it’s a caching issue. Clear the browser caches and/or run the “reset frontend cache” option under the debug menu of the app.

If you use it, check in HACS for updates.

I had this same issue after upgrading this morning (on both the clock and sliders) and there were HACS updates. Did those and restarted, and everything is back now.
