Simple image as stream source inside a camera entity on lovelance dashboard

I have a basic security cam inside my room which serves a simple image every second over the same url. I would like to show the image on my lovelance dashboard.

Already tried it with the picture card. That works but doesn’t refresh the image. After searching throught the internet I found the hint that I need to add a camera entity. Now my question is: How can I add the image url to the stream_source parameter that the image will be refreshed frequently?

I think you can use this custom lovelace card which can have custom refresh intervals.
