I’m looking for a simple round thermostat with no frills. Just a turnknop and display that will also act as an temperature input.
For example the Honeywell thermostat is exactly what i am talking about:
The thermostat itself is just a dumb thing that send its actual temperature and setpoint if i turn the dial.
The Honeywell controller deals with all the logic and timetables.
Since HA will tackle the logic of the heating system i just require this and not some “smart” thermostat.
Connection does not matter, could be wifi but prob Zigbee or Zwave+
