would it be possible to add an event id to simplepush ? to control sound and vibration on phone.

Would be possible, sure. Seems to be a simple extension of the existing code base. PR welcome.
But this feature is not free in fact it’s pretty pricey. I doubt that a lot of people will use it. Thus I will not do it myself.
