Sinope zigbee thermostat without GT130, rebates available?

Hi, I’d like to know if it’s possible to have the Hydro Quebec credits with Sinope products when not using their GT130 Hub and instead a 3rd party zigbee coordinator.

Seems like you need to pair Hilo within Neviweb, and I believe you can only do so with their wifi thermostats or the GT130 ?

You must use the GT-130 with Hilo if you have a zigbee thermostats.
