Skyconnect firmware factory reset

I recently migrated the stick with my old deCONZ (now both sticks uses same radio address) and encountered several issues with my color lamps and other devices. I have since restored my system using a backup, but I would like to do a fresh start.

Specifically, I need help getting the SkyConnect device back to its original firmware, that won’t be at the same radio address as my old stick. My goal is to create a new network that works alongside my existing deCONZ and Zigbee2mqtt systems. However, I couldn’t find any documentation on how to do this.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I installed the Thread firmware to test and when I tried to go back to the Zigbee firmware I kept seeing this screen:

It say’s “Multiprotocol support is already enabled for …”

I just reinstalled the firmware that I wanted using the firmware update site. That’s a way you can do it from another computer.

That should answer your question. However, I still can’t get past that screen…

It’s supposed to look like this:

disable_multiprotocol_sc_01

edit: Thanks to this reddit post I was able to fix my issue. I just needed to uninstall the add-ons for multi-protocol and open thread border router.

Awesome, thanks! Gonna reflash and see if I can get this thing working.
