Skyconnect "Incorrect firmware installed"

Hello,

I occasionally have the problem that devices in my Zigbee network cannot be reached.
The error is “Failed to deliver message: <sl_Status.ZIGBEE_DELIVERY_FAILED: 3074>”, but that’s not the issue here.
I’ve read that it’s probably an interference issue, but updating the Skyconnect stick has also been recommended in some threads.

The Web-Flasher (Home Assistant Connect ZBT-1) is currently disabled, so I installed this addon and started it: addons/silabs_flasher at master · home-assistant/addons · GitHub

Since then, the stick can no longer be used.

The integration reports an incorrect firmware:

I also see this message:

The view under “Settings > System > Hardware” looks different than described in the message and I can’t set up Zigbee either:

I have been using the Skyconnect stick for more than a year. Apparently with multi-protocol firmware, although I can’t remember having configured this explicitly.
I don’t have a thread device, so I only need Zigbee atm. I use the ZHA integration.

How can I fix the firmware/configuration?

Thank you & best regards!

Hi Jotunheim,

Does this help at all?

Unfortunately not, because I only have other options at this point (see penultimate screenshot).

I tried again with the silabs_flasher and this time it seems to have worked. The stick is recognized correctly again and I can configure it.

Most Zigbee devices are still listed as unavailable. After removing and adding them again they work. However, I have not yet managed to do this with all devices. I don’t know if there is an easier way.
